I’ve made a few deposits on the widget, but only the first one is showing in my account

If you have made multiple deposits, of the same amount, on the same day you might initially only see the first deposit that you made reflecting in your account.

This has to do with the system which our bank currently uses to process funds entering our bank account, and how this communicates to our automated deposit allocation system. At the moment, if it picks up multiple deposits on the same day for the same amount, it only automatically allocates the first one to your EasyEquities account.

We’re working together with our bank to get this fixed. In the meantime, you can release those additional deposits by emailing our team and attaching a transactional statement, of your bank account, which shows the deposits you have made.

Once we have received this from you, we’ll be able to manually allocate those funds to your account.
