EasyEquities international accounts Terms and Conditions

USD Account Terms & Conditions

The way you invest in US-listed instruments in your EasyEquities USD account is governed by the EasyEquities US Trading Account Terms and Conditions. While the way you buy US instruments (shares and ETF's) on the website will look and feel almost exactly the same as the way you buy JSE-listed instruments in a ZAR account, there are unique features of the way the solution works, that we need to ensure our users are familiar with.

So if you are an older account holder ( who didn't agree to the US Terms and Conditions on registration) that now wishes to buy US shares in their USD account, we need to ensure that you are happy with the way it will work.

The way we do this is by asking you to agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the "I Agree" box when presented with it.
