Suspect Fraud?

There are two ways of reaching out to us should you suspect fraud on your EasyEquities account. 


1. Email fraud@easyequities.co.za 

2. Submit a ticket here. Choose fraud as your query topic when logging the ticket. 


If you suspect the following, please get in touch as soon as possible.


Unknown transactions (excluding dividend reinvestment notifications).

Unknown withdrawal notifications. 

Unknown password reset emails. 

Receiving emails from EasyEquities but you do not have a EasyEquities account. 

Unauthorised change of banking details.


Please remember to activate your 2FA on your account. This step will ensure that your account has an additional level of security.
