Request or update your username

Your username can be found on the Welcome email which was sent to you when you first registered your EasyEquities account.  

If you are unable to find it, or you would like to change it, please submit a ticket with the below details: 

  • The email address on record with us 
  • Your residential address 
  • Name of the bank where your bank account on record is held 
  • Your cellphone number on record with us 

If you are changing your username: 

  • Your current username 
  • Your requested new username  

You can also request your username through our friendly bot. 

Look out for the below bot icon on the bottom right of this page.
