Update your email address

You can now update your email on the platform. 

  • Login

  • Navigate to the My Profile in the top right-hand corner

  • Under the Personal details tab, scroll down to the email address

  • Submit and save your new email address 

If you cannot access your account due to not receiving your username or struggling to reset your password, you can contact support by logging a ticket.
