Every account you use on EasyEquities (ZAR, TFSA, USD, etc.) has its own unique number:
EE123456-78910
Here’s how to use it, depending on where you need it.
✅ Which part do I use?
| Situation | What to Enter |
|---|---|
| Logging a support ticket | ✅ Enter the full number for the account you're querying (e.g. EE123456-78910) |
| Making a deposit | ✅ Use only the second part (after the dash), e.g. EE-78910 – shown in red on your Deposits page |
| Transferring a TFSA | ✅ Enter just your User ID (the numbers between EE and the dash), e.g. 123456 in the blocks provided on the transfer form. |
| Speaking to a support agent/chatbot | Usually just the User ID is enough (e.g. EE123456) |
