How do I find and use my EasyEquities account number?

Every account you use on EasyEquities (ZAR, TFSA, USD, etc.) has its own unique number:

EE123456-78910

Here’s how to use it, depending on where you need it.

✅ Which part do I use?

SituationWhat to Enter
Logging a support ticket✅ Enter the full number for the account you're querying (e.g. EE123456-78910)
Making a deposit✅ Use only the second part (after the dash), e.g. EE-78910 – shown in red on your Deposits page
Transferring a TFSA✅ Enter just your User ID (the numbers between EE and the dash), e.g. 123456 in the blocks provided on the transfer form.
Speaking to a support agent/chatbotUsually just the User ID is enough (e.g. EE123456)

Where do I find my account number?

  • Go to your Portfolio Overview
  • Find your account tile (e.g. EasyEquities ZAR)
  • Your full number (e.g. EE795366-3115150) appears just below the account name

On web:

  • ✅ Tap the copy icon to instantly copy the full number

On mobile:

  • Long press the account number – it’ll be copied to your device's clipboard

On the Deposits Page:

  • You’ll also see your EFT Reference in red
