Withdrawing funds from your EasyEquities account

✅ App     ✅ Website     ❎ Capitec Widget

When you wish to withdraw funds from your EasyEquities account, the amount you are able to withdraw will be displayed to you as the 'withdrawable funds' amount.

Before you are able to withdraw the funds that you receive as a result of selling an investment in your account, you’ll need to wait 5 business days for them to settle. This is as a result of JSE settlement, which you can read about here.

Note that there may be a number of reasons why you may not be immediately able to withdraw your funds. Go through a few of these scenarios here.

Tip

Withdrawal request submissions made after 14h00 Monday to Friday, as well as on weekends and public holidays will only be queued for processing the following business day, so if you want to have any effect on the speed with which they are processed, please make sure you submit your withdrawal request on working days before 14h00.
