My EFT has not been allocated
EFT deposits may take up to 48 hours to reflect on our bank account in order to be allocated. If it is not yet allocated please make sure that you have used your EasyEquities account number as the reference when you made your EFT. If you have not, please download the proof of payment for the payment you have made from your internet or app banking and create a ticket with us.
SiD/Credit Card deposit has not been allocated
If your SiD or Credit Card deposit has not reflected on your EasyEquities account after making it, please create a ticket and our team will be able to assist.
