How do I get my Proof of Payment?

Sometimes you may need to supply us with proof of payment for an internet banking payment, this could be for a number of reasons such as if the incorrect reference was used when doing the internet transfer.

If you're not sure how to do this, take a look at the instructions below for your bank:
 

ABSA

Log into internet banking sing the main menu

If you added EasyEquities as a beneficiary, go to Payments → View beneficiaries → Main
Or If you made a once-off payment to EasyEquities, go to Payments → View once-off
Select 'EasyEquities' from the drop-down menu and click View
Select the payment you want proof of payment for by clicking the checkbox next to it and click Resend
On the next page, enter details as follows: Resend Notice of this Payment(s) to the beneficiary?: Check this option
Send it to: Email
E-mail Address: Please e-mail it to your personal e-mail address
Recipient name: Your Name Click Next Ensure the details displayed are correct and click Resend

 Capitec 
Log into internet banking.
Go to Payments menu.
Go to Payment History.
Select date range.
View payment search results.
Select payment to EasyEquities.
Select I want to: Resend payment notification. Be sure proof of payment is sent to your personal e-mail address.
Visit this article if you are using the Capitec app.
FNB
Log into internet banking.
Click Pay from the horizontal menu at the top of the page.
Click History (under Pay Recipient).
Locate the payment to EasyEquities and click Send.
For Method, choose Email Address and enter your personal e-mail address
Click Send at the bottom.
OR After locating the payment to EasyEquities in your Payment History, click Download and save the PDF.
Nedbank
Log into internet banking
Using the main menu, navigate to Payments → Beneficiary Payment History
Select appropriate values from Beneficiary list and Beneficiary to display payments to EasyEquities
Recent payments to EasyEquities will be displayed which you can either: Download as a PDF Email to yourself directly from within internet banking to your personal e-mail address
 Standard Bank 
Log into internet banking From the menu at the top, click on the Payments tab
Click Transaction history
Select your search method (date range, amount, beneficiary, etc) and click View
Find the payment to EasyEquities and either:
Click the beneficiary name (EasyEquities) under the Beneficiary name & reference column A new window will open showing your proof of payment Download the PDF
OR Click the View button under the Payment Confirmation column
On the next page, enter details as follows:
Send payment confirmation: Select this
Payment confirmation method: E-mail
Recipient Name: Your Name
Recipient Address: your personal e-mail address
Click Send payment confirmation to send payment confirmation to yourself via email

Once you have received the email with your proof of payment, download this as a PDF. Once you have a PDF version to send to us, log a ticket with our team here.
