When a new client registers an account with us, we run an independent verification on their bank account details so that when they request a withdrawal we are certain that we are paying the money into the correct account. 


Unfortunately that verification can sometimes fail. When this happens we need clients to submit certain documents to us so we can verify the account manually.


To avoid any unnecessary and potentially frustrating delays at the time when you may want to withdraw funds, we would therefore highly recommend that you email us either:


  1. A copy of a bank statement no older than 3 months old, that is officially stamped by the bank; OR
  2. An official letter from the bank, on a bank letterhead listing the full details of your bank account, signed by the bank

  1. Make use of our debit order functionality on the platform
  2. Withdraw your funds.
