Initiation fee

There is an initial charge of 1% (initiation fee) on your loan value. So if your loan value is R100, R1 is automatically deducted when you take out the loan.

As the investor makes further investments in FSRs and ultimately ends up with a whole share, the contract for difference is closed out and ownership whole share is delivered to the investor.
