How long will it take for my account to be verified?

After you submit your details on registration, we begin running a series of checks in the background to get to know you better and confirm certain aspects of your identity.

What do you need to do? Absolutely nothing.

We will notify you once the process is complete, and either:

  • Confirm your status as verified and that you can start investing, or
  • Email you to ask you for a few more details.

These checks should only take an hour or two; four hours max if we have to investigate a particular case in more detail. If your account hasn’t been verified after 2 business days of you registering, you can log a ticket with our team to look into why this may be.
