Cancelation of Recurring Investments must be made at least 3 business days prior to the debit order date otherwise the debit order will still execute.
Changes to the setup of your Recurring Investments can be made Easily as follows:
- Navigate to the Recurring Investments page by clicking on the Recurring Investments option in the stacked menu on the top left of the page. Doing so will take you to the Recurring Investments page of the website.
- Any Recurring Investments you have already set up will be visible on this page.
- Find the Recurring investment you wish to Edit / Remove and click on the 'Actions' button at the end of the row of the recurring investment information. This will open the menu item displaying options to edit or cancel the recurring investment you have set up.
If you don't see an 'Actions' button, but see the words "Third Party Debit Order" under the 'payment method' column instead, then you'll need assistance from us and should follow the instructions in this FAQ article - How do I edit or cancel a 3rd party debit order?
Once you have edited the elements of the debit order you want to change, click on the "Update Recurring" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Clicking on this button will take you through to a "cancel recurring investment" screen on which you can confirm that you would like to cancel the recurring investment by clicking on the yes button.
