An EasyCrypto Bundle is a crypto asset that represents a predefined collection of other crypto assets.
Its value moves with the market value of the group it tracks.

Each Bundle follows its own rule set that determines:

• which crypto assets it includes
• how much of each asset it represents
• how its price is calculated each day

In simple terms:
A Bundle is one product that reflects the combined performance of a selected group of crypto assets.

EasyCrypto Bundles do not give you direct ownership of the individual crypto assets inside them.
This means your Bundle’s value moves with the underlying crypto basket, but you do not receive or hold the individual coins themselves. 

Each Bundle’s price is calculated using a transparent, rules-based methodology.
The calculation looks at:

• the crypto assets included in the Bundle’s index
• the market price of each of those assets
• pricing data from a blend of global (USD) and local (ZAR) crypto exchanges

The result is one clear Bundle price you see on the platform.
You don’t need to track the individual assets or perform any calculations yourself.

Every Bundle is linked to a proprietary index.
This index is reviewed periodically to ensure it still reflects the part of the crypto market the Bundle is designed to track.
When market conditions change, the index may:

• rebalance (adjust the weight of assets already in the Bundle)
• reconstitute (add or remove assets based on eligibility criteria like liquidity or market size)

Each EasyCrypto Bundle includes an aggregate administration, rebalancing, and custody fee of 2% + VAT per annum.
This annual fee is built into the Bundle’s daily pricing - you won’t see a separate charge. 

When you invest in an EasyCrypto Bundle:

• it shows as its own position in your EasyEquities or EasyCrypto account
• you can buy or sell it like any other crypto asset
• your exposure moves with the group of assets tracked by the Bundle

You do not receive or hold the individual crypto assets inside the Bundle.
