Making your first investment on the EasyEquities widget

As soon as your funds are in your account, you're ready to invest.  

Investing with EasyEquities is straight forward. Find your investment of choice, enter the amount you would like to invest, and wham! You're now an investor. 

Here is a step by step guide to help you make your first investment. 

  • Tap on Invest 
  • Tapping on Portfolio will filter the list by account (ZAR,TFSA or USD) 
  • Tapping on Investment type will filter the list by the type of investment (Equities, ETF’s, ETNs) 
  • Tapping on Category will filter the list by the category that the investment is in (Banks, Beverages, Chemicals etc.) 
  • Select the investment you want to purchase to view the details 
  • Tap Buy 
  • Enter the amount you wish to purchase and tap Next 
  • A summary will be displayed, tap Immediate Buy or Buy
  • Confirm the purchase on the presented dialog 
  • Tap Done
