If you began registering an account on the EasyEquities widget, but failed to complete the full process, you may find that you are unable to access your widget when you go back to log in. Even though your account has been created, you will only be able to access it once the information we need from you is complete.
Here’s how to complete your profile in a few easy steps:
- Visit www.easyequities.co.za
- Log in to your account using the credentials you created when you started the sign-up process. If you can't remember your username, search your email inbox for the Welcome mailer we sent you when you first signed up. Your username as well as your EasyEquities UserID will appear on that communication.
- Click on the profile icon on the top right of the screen
- Select My profile
From here you’ll be able to complete and save the outstanding details in your profile in order to access your account via the widget in the Capitec app.
